Dr. Chase is a distinguished educator with nearly 3 decades of experience. Between 2014 and 2021, she led Greenburgh CSD as Superintendent. In July 2021, Dr. Chase assumed the role of Superintendent for Westbury UFSD. Outside of her district responsibilities, Dr. Chase is a published author, public speaker and host of the educational show, "Strictly Education with Dr. Tahira." She also lends her expertise as a consultant. Additionally, Dr. Chase is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

She has more than twenty years of experience as an educator and leader.

Miguel Castillo is a national keynote speaker, author and an advocate for migrant and multilingual education programs. As a former principal, director and executive director he now advocates, provides training and support, coaches leadership, and works with school and district transformation systems to improve student outcomes. Miguel Castillo is currently Chief Migrant Education Advocate and has just finished his 3rd publication titled Finish the Journey: A Migrant Student's Journey.

Director of Comprehensive Literacy Center
St. Mary's College
Adria Klein, Ph.D., is the Director of the Comprehensive Literacy Center at Saint Mary’s College of California. A professor emerita of reading education at CSU San Bernardino, she chaired the Department of Elementary and Bilingual Education and was Associate Dean. She helped develop the Reading, Writing, and Technology Projects in California.Dr. Klein works with school districts around the United States and on five continents including an MIT project in China to provide MLL support.
