• How do I see what time the event starts in my time zone?

  Both the agenda page and 'happening now' pop-ups throughout the event will automatically display the sessions in your time zone. You can also make use of the time zone selector on the agenda page to adjust the session times to any time zone of your choice.

• How do I join when the event starts?

  You can join the event in one of two ways:

  1. Use the personalized link sent to your email or the link in your calendar.

  2. Click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the homepage, enter your email, and access the agenda, sessions, networking features, and more.

• How do I receive my PD certificates?

  Certificates will be sent to the email you used in registration after each full session you attend. It will include the title of the session and its length.

  *Must attend the session for at least 35 minutes to get their certificate. No CEUs will be offered from Seesaw for Symposium participation.

• What do I do if I have technical issues when accessing the event?

  Here are some of our most commonly seen technical issues and troubleshooting tips for each one.

• I’m unavailable on May 20th. Can I watch on-demand?

  Yes, register for the symposium. Sessions will be available on-demand on May 21 to August 19.

• When does early bird free registration end?

  Early bird free registration ends on April 30th 11:59 PM PST.
